Tattoos

Tattoos
Many people see tattoos in a bad way. They think it is something horrible. Some people even think it's against religion, when in reality it's not. Tattoos are a form of art, art that is permitted on your skin. Of course, you should really think about what you are getting. Other than that if you want one, go for it. After all IT IS your choice, it's YOUR body, you're the one that is going to deal with it later on in life. People should understand that tattoos are NO big deal. It's a way of expressing who you are.

Growing Up.

Everyone wants to grow up when they're little. As we get older we realize that we want to stay kids but we know that's not happening. When we're kids, we don't worry about anything, well maybe only about where we left our teddy bear or blanket. I remember when I was little I would fall asleep on the couch and would wake up in my bed, just like many other would. We used think it was magic then later found out that it was just our parents taking us to our bedroom. Many things change over the years including us. We like to think that everything last forever. We watch cartoons such as Spongebob, Ed, Edd and Eddy, Hey Arnold, Power Puff Girls and many more. We were able to watch them for hours, now we cant even stay 10 minutes. Now we watch Weeds, The Fosters, How I Met Your Mother, Nikita, CSI shows and all that good stuff. Everyone was scared of the dark at one point. I remember when it was time to go to sleep, I would turn off the lights and run to my bed, cover myself with the blankets so that the monsters wouldn't get me. I would ever sleep with all my stuffed animals all around me because, you know, they would protect me. You see when you're little we believe in so many things that when we look back at it we realizes it's dumb or pointless.
When something went wrong, we always ran to our mommies and now we turn to friend or ourselves. When ever we fell, we would run to our mom or dad and made then kiss our boo-boos and just like that the pain would go away. Now we just think of it as "Oh, it's nothing". I remember when my dad would come from work, I would run to him and give him kisses and saying " you're home, I'm happy you're here." Now its just a "Hi dad".
Growing up, we have to think about what college we want to go to, what are we going to be in life and knowing that you'll be stuck with that job for the rest of your life, isn't easy at all. When I was little, I wanted to be a princess, just like every little girl out there, now I don't even know what I want to be. All we have left are memories, memories that we wish would repeat. I don't like growing up, I have so many responsibilities now like school, of course, doing good, and my job. It sucks knowing that we can't go back.
